He Currently represents a number of Venture Capital firms in Non Exec capacities across a number of high technology companies ensuring a continuing leading edge knowledge of the technology sector.

Robert Houghton – Founder / CTO Robert is a pro active forward thinking technologist with the ability to implement highly scalable and robust applications and infrastructure projects. He has 20 years enterprise IT strategy, business continuity, archiving, enterprise storage infrastructure, software development and process orientated projects.

Martin Adams (Financial Director) Martin is a hand’s on Finance professional with 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has a strong commercial orientation and customer focus, both internal and external. Martin has been an integral member of previous management teams always having an exceptional relationship with the Managing Director/General Manager resulting in a direct influence over the strategy and management of the business. Previous roles include VP Finance at Njini, Financial Director at Peoplesoft, SAP UK Ltd and Tandem Computers.

Alan Stewart – Business Development Director Alan has nearly 20 years experience in Partner / Channel Development, Solution Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Proposition Development, and ITC Consulting across all industry sectors. Also has experience in developing and taking to market new products and solutions across EMEA with companies such as Intel, Sun, Accenture, Cap Gemini, SAVVIS and Telkom SA.

Peter Howes – Principal Consultant Peter is a specialist in the practical issues of legal and regulatory compliance, governance, electronic communications and information security with over 30 year’s relevant experience in the business application of information systems. For the last 12 years Peter has worked with BSI to develop their range of Codes of Practice for Legal Admissibility (BS 10008) and has delivered a wide range of workshops on Legal Admissibility as well as Email Records Management, Email and the Law, Information Security and the Law.
